Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your booking with us at any time before your scheduled date and time of pickup. This may be done using the Maharana Cab Website by mailing us anytime on the 24×7 Customer support email hello@maharanacab.com
1. What are the terms and conditions if I cancel my One Way/Local Rental/Airport Transfer?
If your booking is cancelled within 24 (Twenty Four) hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, it will be treated as a No-Show by the Customer. No refund will be applicable in such cases and the entire booking amount/advance will be treated as cancellation charges.
If your booking is cancelled between 24 to 36 hours after the scheduled pickup date and time, cancellation charges equal to 50% of the booking amount or the actual advance amount received from the customer, whichever is less, will be applicable. The balance amount, if any, will be returned by Maharana Cab within 25 days.
2. What are the terms and conditions if I cancel my Taxi Package/Tour Package/Holiday Package/Round Trip/Wedding Car Rental?
All the cancellation requests for the taxi package/tour package should be done via email hello@maharanacab.com. Because there are some of the reasons due to which cancellation of the tour/ travel services due to any avoidable and some unavoidable reasons. Then we must be informed in the writing.
Given below is policy of cancellation charges of tour.
If the cancellation is made 60 days & before to arrival, then 10% of the tour/service cost.
If the cancellation is made 59 days- 30 days prior to arrival, then 15% of the tour/service cost.
If the cancellation is made 29 days to 15 days, then the prior to the arrival will 30% of the tour/service cost.
If the cancellation is made 14 days to the 08 days, then the prior to the arrival then 50% of the tour/service cost.
If the Duration is 07 days or less than it then the prior to the arrival or no show there will be no refund.
If the customer booked the vehicle save day and give the advance to us. And if any cancellations on the same day so we will refund 50% of Advance amount only.
3. Can I cancel my booking in the Mid of the Trip?
No, you cannot cancel the trip during the journey! it is not in our policy.
In case you cancel the journey due to any emergency issue, then you will have to release the full amount, there will be no refund even in the amount you paid.
